At the European Committee of the Regions' (CoR) 115th plenary - on 3-4 December in Brussels - regional and local leaders will discuss their proposal on the EU Agenda on Migration with Dimitris Avramopoulos, Commissioner for Migration and Home Affairs. The European Commission's Work Programme 2016 will be then debated by members with Vice-President Frans Timmermans.
One EPP-led opinion will be debated and voted.
