The 127th Plenary Session of the European Committee of the Regions takes place on 31 January and 1 February in the Hemicycle of the European Parliament. Eleven opinions and two Resolutions - one on the Annual Growth Survey 2018 and the second concerns the ESI common Provisions Regulation to support structural reforms - are on the agenda, as well as a debate with the Portuguese Prime Minister,
António Costa.
Frans Timmermans, First Vice-President of the European Commission, will also be present to discuss the Commission work programme for 2018 and the Task Force on subsidiarity on 31 January. The following day,
Tomislav Donchev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria, will present the priorities of the Bulgarian Presidency to the CoR Plenary.
